Bill Evans: Conversation With Myself (1997)
Bill Evans remains one of the most influential and cited pianists in jazz and popular music, and his name is also one of the most frequently mentioned among pianists improvisers. His creative innovation - the creation of new concepts of harmony and rhythm as well as the ability to combine several different styles together and organically using elements of jazz and classical, along with ethnic and multicultural inflections. Bill Evans - one of the first solo pianist who experimented with multi-track recording studio in a spirit of experimentation Stockhausen, Evans largely forestalled and anticipated the news studio of John Lennon and the Beatles.
