Blind Guardian - Nightfall In Middle-earth
Album was recorded in three phases in 1997-1998, in the studio Twilight Hall in Krefeld, belonging to the group itself, and Sweet Silence in Copenhagen, owned by producer group Flemming Rasmussen. The record involved, except for the four band members, many guest musicians, performing the roles of the flute, piano, synthesizer and backing vocals.
Style album is basically characterized as power metal, but has a number of deviations from the canons of the genre as a side progressive metal and speed metal, and folk-rock to slow ballads.Blind Guardian actively than before, using vocal harmonies, a large number of backing vocalists and the imposition of the dubbed voices Hansi Kürsch, making it sound a bit like a performing style Queen.
