His previous album, Eduard Drach published, if not mistaken, almost 10 years ago - in 2002. Well, during this time changed in the world is not so much - at least if you take the essence and not external events. So for a person inclined to wonder material for reflection arrives daily - without interruption ... But since the first recognition of Drach back in 1989, brought it embodied in his songs, the ability to think, to notice the details and make universal generalizations - it is not surprising that during that time have accumulated quite a few new songs (only on this disc - more than 20). And here would recall that Drach - multi-instrumentalist: plays on kobza, Lira, Bandura, harp, guitar, piano, violin, mandolin, banjo, etc. But - no. As on past albums, it is making a move - a clever move - on the continuation and development kobza-lirnitskoy tradition. Therefore, the main instrument on the album - Kobza ... Respectively, and the lyrics tend to form not so much to the bard, as to exactly kobza tradition. However, the content of these two traditions can be called - sisters. Since we are talking about a specific philosophical and contemplative, but at the same time, and rather emotional way of world perception, is not it? Whatever it was, on the new album, Eduard Drach can hear not only of purely Ukrainian instruments - but sharp words about everything that is happening around them. And, unfortunately, does not seem that the relevance of these observations will soon step back into the past ...
