A-Ha CD - Foot of the Mountain (2009)
If the land around the circle, it will come exactly in the same place, whence I came out. Just over exactly so much has taken a journey. From the first chords of the synthesized new album A-HA "Foot of the Mountain" suspicion creeps in that world tour, started the team two decades ago, if not come to an end, it has come full circle.
Three Norwegian heartthrob returned to the foot of the same mysterious mountain, which began to storm in the mid 80's. Synthpop A-HA, while only alluding to all his hidden potential, passing for eight albums through the baptism of the New Wave and frank pop rock, now making up for its determination.

Entering the taste, the team is not limited to native shores synth-pop. Wandering vocal harmonies "Riding the Crist", emphasizes the cheerful marching drums, clearly hinting at the dance-pop. Deep bass and slow during the gloomy melodies "Mother Nature Goes to Heaven" sounds like a transparent allusion to the music of Depeche Mode, colleagues start in the 80's. And the track "What There Is" even now I run in any chart: it is ready to pop hit with panoramic harmonies and sweetly yearning melodies
