Iryna Fedyshyn is a young but already noticeable favorite of the Ukrainian public. Her debut album "Your Angel" acquired quite a good publicity throughout the country – and quite deservedly. Well, and now we offer you to listen to the second album by Iryna Fedyshyn, which was released almost simultaneously with the first one – "Ukraine Singing Carols!" In general, it is possible to say that for the Western Ukraine artists recording of Christmas albums long time ago already became a good tradition – therefore, this time we deal with a nice confirmation of the rule. The ancient Christmas songs, certainly, appear here in modern arrangements – sometimes even quite dancing ones. However, in the general picture of the album this looks appropriate – for here it is a pop performer, who uses actual rhythms and sounds when creating her own songs. By the way, traditionally now, Iryna composed a part of the songs herself. This refers both to the lyrics and the music – and it is nice to note such aspects because they are a testimony of a serious attitude to one's business. It is not by chance that Iryna Fedyshyn is acknowledged as currently the most popular singer of the Western Ukraine.
