Rock Band Picnic was formed in September 1978 in the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute. This recognition has come to the picnic after recording magnitoalboma Smoke in 1982 - one of the first samples of domestic art-rock. Music Group, which has its roots in the Russian rock, has progressed in the original, unusual style with symphonic, keyboards and exotic folk instruments. In 2007, in St. Petersburg BKZ "October" was premiered the concert program of the anniversary tour "XXV", which "Picnic" soon lucky cities. First use of Surround FX system, through which managed to "revive" the sound effects. On the song "obscurantism and Jazz" Mr. Jazz obscurantist performed solo on the high bare wires. In addition, there has been an improvised production shadowgraph. All this in an exclusive DVD edition on 25 th anniversary of the group.
